The happening place
You want to find a bunch of Temple Citians? Go to the Recycling Center in the Ralph's parking lot on a Saturday. The place is usually packed with people recycling bottles, cans, etc.
Plastic bottles are a good source. They are also a huge problem these days.
Temple City might want to think about reopening a recycling center again. At least the sore arms,would be from the employees,not the elderly.And, in its own enclosed spot or real estate. Cities look so trashy when people with dirty plastic bags, are standing outside a grocery store,and the area smells too.
